Fresh & Approachable

The beers on tap are a mix of your permanent favourites and some seasonal surprises. Our beers are very approachable, with the odd beer challenging the palate of the curious craft beer drinker.

Uber Crisp lager

3.4% ABV. A German Helles inspired, malt driven lager, low on bitterness with hints of hop and yeast derived fruitiness. 100% Australian malt and hops.

Golden Duck session pale ale

3.5% ABV. A mid-strength ale with the taste and mouthfeel of a full strength beer. A good balance of malt and Australian hops.

Racey Red lager

4.1% ABV. A German influenced, low bitterness red lager. Specialty malts give mild toffee, caramel and cola flavours.

Tropical pale ale

4.8% ABV. Our take on an Australian pale ale uses late and dry hopping to reveal pleasant tropical flavours and aromas.. 100% Australian malt and hops.

Hillbilly IPA

6.2% ABV. A nod to the classic west coast USA IPA. Loaded with citrus, stonefruit and floral characters and finishing with a firm dry bitterness.

Ginger beer

4.0% ABV. A real fermented ginger beer using local Tablelands ginger and secret local ingredients.

Current Seasonal Offerings

6 Finger stout

4.5% ABV. A classic British oatmeal stout. Dark and roasty, but smooth and easy to drink.

Pastry Stout (in cans ATM)

6.3% ABV. Release #2 of our sweet desert stout. This time with extra toasted coconut and golden syrup.

Red IPA

6.2% ABV. A variant on the classic American IPA. Added coloured malts give caramal and toffee flavours.
