The beers on tap are a mix of your permanent favourites and some seasonal surprises. Our beers are very approachable, with the odd beer challenging the palate of the curious craft beer drinker.

Uber Crisp lager

3.4% ABV. A German Helles inspired malt driven lager, low on bitterness with hints of hop and yeast derived fruitiness. We designed this lager to be that elusive mid strength beer that still has plenty of mouthfeel and flavour. 100% Australian malt and hops.

Billy the Kid

3.5% ABV. A mid-strength ale with the taste and mouthfeel of a full strength beer. A good balance of malt and USA hops.

Tropical pale ale

4.8% ABV. Our take on an Australian pale ale is slightly cloudy with a balance of fruity and floral hops. Late and dry hopping reveals pleasant pineapple and citrus flavours and aromas.. 100% Australian malt and hops.

6 Finger stout

4.6% ABV. A traditional British oatmeal stout. The classic burnt and ashy flavour is complimented by chocolate, coffee and biscuit characters.

Hillbilly IPA

6.2% ABV. A nod to the classic west coast USA IPA. Loaded with citrus, stonefruit and floral characters and finishing with a firm dry bitterness.

6.5% ABV. A supercharged brown porter with just enough star anise, cinnamon and local vanilla to tickle the tastebuds.
